Privacy policy
What we do with your data, plainly. We collect it in one place only: the request form. The rest of the site works without knowing anything about you.

We have not appointed a data protection officer: the size of the company and the nature of the processing do not require one.
What we collect, and only when you type it
The form asks for: your name, your phone number, your email address, the commune, the type of problem and your description of the situation.
If you send us photos by WhatsApp or email, they join your file. They serve the diagnosis and the quote, and nothing else.
Nothing else is collected. We create no account, we buy no prospecting lists, and we cross-reference your data with no other source.
Why, and on what basis
Purpose: to answer you, arrange the visit, draw up your quote or your report.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR). You write to us for a diagnosis and a price; we process your data to give you them.
If a job follows, the same data serves the performance of the contract and our accounting obligations.
Who receives it
Us. Requests arrive in the Freitas Group SRL mailbox and are read by Henrique Freitas.
Formspree, Inc. (United States) carries the form to that mailbox. Your data therefore passes through a server outside the European Union. That transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland), if you choose that channel to send us a photo. It is your choice, not a requirement: the form, email and phone do the same job.
If you would rather nothing passed through an American service, email us directly at info@freitasgroup.be or call us: the request reaches us the same way.
An insurance assessor or a court, only if you ask us for a report meant to be handed to them, and only that report.
Nobody else. Your data is not sold, rented, or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
For how long
A request that leads nowhere is kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted.
If a job or a report goes ahead, the contract and invoicing records are kept for seven years, as Belgian accounting law requires. A report meant for a dispute is kept for the duration of the proceedings.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, or object to the processing. You may also ask for a copy in a machine-readable format.
Write to info@freitasgroup.be. We answer within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.
Audience measurement and advertising
The site can measure its audience with Google Analytics 4, but only if you agree. Until you have agreed, no request goes to Google and no measurement cookie exists. Google then acts as a processor, and measurement data is kept for thirteen months.
No advertising tool is loaded as of this policy. If that changes, the consent window will ask you first, separately. The detail is in the cookie policy, and you can change your mind at any time through the “Manage my cookies” link at the foot of every page.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Requests are transmitted encrypted.
We host no customer database on this site, so there is nothing here to steal.
